- In-stock items require an additional 1-3 days for warehouse processing before shipping.
- Pre-order items have estimated delivery dates mentioned on the product page.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- Orders are shipped duty and tax unpaid.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes per local regulations.
Shipping Restrictions
Our carriers cannot guarantee delivery to certain locations. Please ensure your shipping address includes specific details such as building/street number to avoid failed deliveries.
Shipping Address Limitations
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- P.O. Box shipping is only supported in the United States (Standard Shipping only).
- Non-continental Europe (e.g., certain islands and territories) is not supported.
Failed Delivery Situations
Sartiro is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect details, a refund will not be issued.
If you notice an error in your order details, please contact support@sartiro.com with your correct shipping information before your order is dispatched within 24 hours.
For certain locations such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the Virgin Islands, please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery. Some regions may require in-person package pickup.
