Refund Policy

When you shop at Sartiro, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the date you receive all items in your order to submit a return request. Once your return request is submitted, you must ship the package within 7 days.

Subjective Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or feel that the clothing does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your items to request a return. Please note: If your order did not qualify for free shipping and a shipping fee was applied, this fee is non-refundable, as it was used to deliver the package.

Objective Returns: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, you must provide a clear photo of the product as proof. Once verified, we will either send you the correct product free of charge or issue a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain fully intact to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
  • Refunds apply only to the item(s) purchased and do not include original shipping costs.

How to return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@sartiro.com. We will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after your return package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing during peak periods.
If you paid by:
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be sent to your bank within 5 business days. Contact your bank for processing times.
  • PayPal, Klarna, or other payment providers: Refunds will be sent within 5 business days. Please check with your payment provider for posting times.

Order Modifications (Address, Size, or Variant Changes)

We process and ship orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so modifications and cancellations may be limited once an order is placed.

Our warehouse team starts processing orders within 24 hours. If you need to change your shipping address, size, or product variant, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, our automated system processes it quickly, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you may follow our return policy once the package arrives if you wish to request a refund or exchange.

Additional Information

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Final Sale Items

  1. Products marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, panties and accessories (excluding scarves) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Sartiro is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, refusal to accept the shipment, or missing consignee details. In such cases, refunds cannot be processed.
